1971 Land N Sea 28' trailer-able Houseboat. Very nice Condition and clean inside and out. Powered by 140 HP Mercruiser with low hours and matching I/O. Runs excellent, reliable and very economical. 2 new 40 gallon fuel tanks including all new plumbing installed below deck as well. All on-board equipment works perfectly.

Our Houseboat was professionally repainted inside & out with all new hardwood sealed floors. It has Air Conditioning, Heater, Microwave and Propane Stove with a 5 gallon Propane Tank.

Full galley and fully equipped head with shower. All appliances are in good condition and working well. Sleeps 6.

Electrical system is clean, professionally maintained with all circuits and equipment working. Two 40 gallon fresh water tanks.

Presently in dry dock on a heavy duty 3 axle trailer with good tires and ready for transport. Trailer included.
