8. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
9. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Tampa Auto Remarketing Inc will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
    2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Tampa Auto Remarketing Inc as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Tampa Auto Remarketing Inc.
    3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. Tampa Auto Remarketing Inc will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
    2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Tomat Tampa Auto Remarketing Inc by e-mail or phonephonewithin 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
    3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Remember some of these cars are nearly a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs may be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. Not likely, but possible. 10c. Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or frequently on classifieds board for a few dollars.

11. TAXES AND REGISTRATION FEES: All buyers must pay a $299 dealer service & handling fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. If the vehicle is shipped to you a by carrier then we do not collect any sales tax. However, if the car is picked up and driven on Florida roads, as a licensed dealer, we are required by law to collect the sales tax percentage designated for your State. The only States that do not have a reciprocal agreement with Florida (where you will be double taxed) are Arkansas and Mississippi. For your convenience when legally permitted we will provide a 30-day Florida temporary tag if desired. Florida State law permits automobile dealerships up to 30-days to transfer titles. Our title clerks wait a minimum of 10-business days from the date of receiving a check before sending out a title. If this delay is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items.

12.
