1994 Key West 20ft Walk Around 200 Hp Evinrude

1994 Key West 20ft Walk Around, The engine is a 1995, 200 hp Evinrude.This is a very strong boat Had it for about two year and did many things to it I had painted the entire boat had some work done inside the little cabin. Many new parts on the engine, new coils wires plugs, lots of new wiring installed a battery trickle charger, two new batteries with switch.The motor will not start. When I winterized the engine last year the motor ran fine but now for some reason it is not starting it cranks real nice the batteries are new everything is just about new. I know it's at the controls (giggle it, it started) so I started taking the controls apart and due to illness It was never completed and the problem still exists. I also installed new lights in the cabin the cabin under the gunnels and in the battery boxes and at the stern in case there's a problem at night.So if you're handy and know a little about outboard motors and controls you're gonna have yourself a good bargain.
