Kennedy Mini Toon

2016 Kennedy Mini Toon used only on a freshwater quarry. The motor currently accelerates and decelerates but will not turn with the foot pedal or handheld remote.We have considered repairing the motor or the new owner may prefer a new engine which may be $ 500-1000. The $ 140 control panel or foot padal may be all that is needed to repair.We are asking $ 4000 but obviously the engine repair would offset the purchase price. Considering selling as is prior to repair.For example, Minn Kota now has a 70 hp trolling motor with I-Pilot and Bluetooth - 54 " at $ 850.$ 3200 as is.Deposit with PayPal, remainder in cash or wire before pick up.Thank you.
