1982 Kayot 40 x 14 Pontoon Houseboat

My family has used this houseboat at Lake Powell for the last 3 years. Life has changed and we won't be using this boat much. It was a lot of fun. The motors were running great before I had it pulled. It is in dry dock right now at bullfrog, I already paid to have it put back in this spring. The dry dock rental fee is $70 a month and can be left there as long as you want. It has a new hot water heater in it, it was never wired up. We never had a need for it, we would bring a propane shower. A/C works great, microwave is new, comes with anchors, the boat was power washed. Please let me know if you have any questions, I have more pictures if needed. I also have a marine survey completed about a year and a half ago. They estimated the value at $12,000, I can email it fir review. Sorry no trailer.

I did remove the generator and batteries when I winterized the boat, they are here in Denver Colorado with me. I am open to offers and trades.
