Up for sale is a 1971 Johnson 125hp Outboard motor. It runs great for the year that it is. The lower unit was replaced. I am also including the old lower unit with bad gears for parts. The reverse solenoid in the attached lower unit is bad however the reverse solenoid in the bad lower unit is good. Needs to be swapped but I will not be responsible. It has a new impeller in it as of early august. The carburetors do need to be rebuilt but this motor does run strong the way it is. The boat is NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE!!! This is one heck of an engineered piece of machinery as its 43 years old and still runs excellent. Any questions please feel free to ask. The control box is included. Ignition switch lost contact for main ignition turn on that has been temporarily rigged with electrical connectors. Buyer is fully responsible for shipping if necessary.Running video on muffs:
