Up for sale is our beloved 42ft Jefferson trawler.

We have owned and lived on her for over 15 years, in which time she has had an extensive re model. This includes : epoxy deck seal with west marine anti slip deck system 5x stainless steel port lights, engine and gear box re builds, new hardwood galley flooring, and new hardwood stateroom flooring, still original shiny gel coat on hull,

Over the years we have had her bottom epoxy sealed.

She is powered by two Lehman 120 hp engines giving her a very economical 7- 8 knots cruising speed. Just over 1000 hours only on each engine. (Recently serviced)

The boat is in exceptional shape, with the teak being of the highest quality.

Recently had bottom paint applied and new zincs

She has a raised aft deck with stateroom en-suite shower room and head. Plenty of head room even for the tallest person.

She has a forward cabin with two bunks, the bottom bunk being wider would possibly sleep two also with en-suite head. Large galley with fridge, cooker and plenty of storage.

She carries 200 gal of water in S/Steel tanks

600 gal of fuel in 4x tanks giving herover a 1500 mile range also comes with full tanks of diesel.

She is easy to maintain.

There are two hydraulic steering positions cabin and bridge

The boat is fitted with a navico helm auto pilot.

She is fitted with top of the range Simpson S/Steel dinghy Davits able to lift heavy dingys

Diving platform with S/Steel ladders.

Comes with full selection of fenders and ropes

Great boat for anchoring out with Lewmar and 66lb Bruce type anchor

Has Lewmar 1000lb stainless steel windlass with 200 ft of 5/16 bbb chain

Comes with two vhf radios plus one hand held radio.

Very eco friendly boat with the diesel generator swapped out for a solar wind inverter system but can be easily swapped back to a diesel generator if preferred.

The boat is turn key ready for another trip to the Bahamas.
