Invader

1987 Invader with a 3.0L Mercruiser, and original custom Magnum trailer. The interior is in good shape with new stern cushions. The hull has the dock rash that you would expect from a boat that is 30+ years old. However, a little TLC with the right polish/wax and I've had some success getting rid of that white salt oxidation. I've had the boat for about two years, and it has run pretty good most of the time. However, I haven't used it much in the last year. Recently when I have taken it out, or put it on the muffs, it has trouble under 1000 rpm and neutral. You kinda have to jam into gear to prevent from stalling. However, once in gear it still runs pretty good. My top speed 44mph. I think the poor performance under 1000 rpm/and neutral may be due to bad gas, or a little tune up to the carb. It should be an easy/cheap? fix once diagnosed. Reasons for selling: maybe used 2-3 times in the past year, always traveling for long periods for my job, and will be moving to east coast soon.
