Great 1980 Imperial 16 foot boat with a very nice Mercury 70 hp oil injected outboard from either 1990 or 1989 starts right up that runs great. Since this was more horsepower than the oat was rated for, the transom was torn out andbeefed up with aluminum plate and a steel (I think)support,all done by professionals.The hull is in great shape, it was always run in deep water, the floors are solidas a rock and the carpet is also in very good shape.The upholstery is weathered and there is a tear in one of the seats, but besides that there is nothing wrong with the boat. Just put in a brand new steering system, everything from the helm back, and a brand new battery. There is an extra rack and pinion stylehelm included in the sale as well as an extra 6 gallon gas tank, two trawling rod mounts, and an extra prop. The trailer is in good shape with new tires, but the wire harness for the lights is frayed and needs replaced for the brakelights to work. This is something I can do if need be. Has a clean title and fresh registration. Have to sell before I move in mid august. I have nearly $2000 in it not including labor or transport costs. You won't find a better boat for the money.
