1989 26ft Imperial Boat. The engine needs to be replaced due to a cracked block. Boat is in decent shape for its age but can use some more tlc. In the past 3 years here is a list of new items that were installed/replaced . Seats, Bimini top, horn, 3 deep cycle batteries, 1 starting battery, c.b. radio, Garmin depth /fish finder, antenna, port-a-potty, exhaust manifolds and hoses, 2 props, louvers, and compass. There is a 6 gallon hot water heater on board that is not hook up and the water from the holding tank is disconnected( I was planning to install the hot water as my next project).The microwave, refrigerator, lights and fans do work. There are some more new parts on board that I was planning to install that come with the boat. A $500.00 deposit is required within 24 hours after auction ends and any balance is due within 3 days after that.
