1985 IMP I/O & Load Rite Trailer (Boat and trailer are included in this auction). This is a sleeper boat, there is room for two people to sleep in the aft, two in the forward, and two in the galley. There is a head(toilet), shower head, fresh water tank, refrigerator, and alcohol/electric stove. There is a swim platform on the back. There is a lot of room on the inside of this boat.

Current owner acquired the boat and just didn't have time to use it and and vehicle that can tow it, it was run and winterized in 2014, cleaned in 2015 but not used, specific items have not been tested on this boat, you are buying as is with no warranty or refunds, please bid accordingly.

Location: On trailer in Mertztown PA 19539. Boat is ready to be hooked up and driven away (again, hydraulic trailer brakes are disconnected so trailer at your own risk) - 2" trailer ball is required on your receiver. The boat is heavy so make sure your truck can handle it.

The engine was running when it was winterized late 2014. Trailer has hydraulic brakes however, they are disconnected for an unknown reason. Owner also has a roller kit to replace the rollers on the trailer which is included with this auction. Trailer has a brand new electric winch rated for the weight of this boat (included). Also, an additional propeller is included with the purchase.

Shipping: Owner is unable to ship the boat and trailer; After sale please contact and we will arrange a time to transfer the title for the boat and the trailer in to your name, boat must be picked up and removed from lot within 15 days from the close of the auction.

The boat and trailer are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY.

By bidding on this classifieds board listed item you are entering a contract and committing to pay in full for your bid amount. Payment Terms - The winning bidder should contact the seller immediately after close of auction to confirm the intended payment arrangements. A deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. This deposit is nonrefundable should the buyer fail to pay the remaining balance when due. The deposit may be paid either via Pay Pal, or Cashiers Check or Money order via overnight mail. The balance is due within 2 days of the end of the auction. Payment of the balance may be made via cashier's check, money order or Pay Pal. In the event contact is not made within 24-hours of the end of the auction and/or payments are not made by the specified times, seller reserves the right to re-list the item. We also reserve the right to re-list the item if the telephone number provided from a buyers classifieds board information is incorrect. After payment is made the buyer has only seven days to pickup and remove the item. Items left by buyer or buyers agent for longer than 30 days at the property shall be deemed abandoned and shall render the Bill of Sale void. Abandoning the item will cause the entire proceeds paid to the seller to be forfeited and the item shall be at the sole discretion of the seller to be available for resale.

Delivery - Unless otherwise specified in the descriptive text or via written mutual agreement between the buyer and seller, this item is being sold as is where is, and the buyer is solely responsible for arranging shipping and/or transportation from its auction location and for all associated costs. If the buyer or buyer's agent does not take possession of the item in a 4-7 day time frame, the buyer is liable for any costs seller may incur for storage and/or for moving the item to a longer-term storage facility.

Taxes and fees - All applicable taxes or fees associated with the purchase, registration, title transfer, or licensing of this item is the responsibility of the buyer and are to be paid by the buyer at the time of transfer.
