A 10% NON-REFUNDABLE hold deposit is required within 48 hours after auction closes. Please use FedEx overnight or an equivalent overnight shipper. PayPal may also be used for deposit only. If the deposit is not posted the next day, the boat will be sold to the next person in line at our discretion.

Final amount due no later than 10 days after aucion closes. Wire transfer or cash for final payment. Vessel is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. All Michigan buyers must pay 6% Michigan Sales tax and all registration and transfer fees unless registered as Michigan watercraft dealer. All buyers must abide by the laws of the State of Michigan in regards to sales and use taxes.
