27' Cruiser This is no longer a sailboat!. All the standing rigging is gone. The Interior has been upgraded and enhanced for a single person to live aboard. It is currently slipped at a Marina in Washington, North Carolina. Slip rent is $162/month; if you live aboard there is an additional $100/month to cover electric, water, and bathhouse use. About a dozen liveaboards at the marina.Shore power powers the Delonghi 10K BTU air-conditioner. One picture shows it, it vents through a plenum to a side window. It's only 1 year old and works well. Also there is a counter-top ice maker, one year old. There is a Sirius satellite radio with all-inclusive stations, prepaid through September. Subscription is $26/month after that. Fresh bottom paint just before re-launch 2 weeks ago. Slip rent is paid through July.Solar panel (135 watt) keeps the 3-battery bank charged for accessory charging, the radio, and on-board VHF and new depth sounder.The old galley has been removed. There is a Coleman propane stove and an electric griddle (like new)for shore power only. Ther is a super-insulated cooler for ice and beverages, etc.The front swivel seat is perfect for fishing or gawking. There is always something good to see when you live on the water.A Honda 4-stroke outboard is included but it currently needs a new exhaust manifold. There is a stainless steel mount on the stern for the outboard.The boat draws only 22 inches of water so you can literally step down the ladder into knee-deep waterto swim or gather clams or flounder gig.10 day auction.
