Please read the entiread and look at the pictures and ask as many questions you want, but I highly encourage you to come and view this great boat personally or have someone else inspect it for you prior to bidding / buying.You are bidding on 1982 Holiday Mansion Coastal Barracuda 39' 3(Clear Florida Title)Let me start by saying that some of the things that attracted me to this boat is thatshe has been kept on a covered slip, how roomy and wellmaintained she was and still is and alsothe detailed documented history, from builders certification and window sticker to schematics and systems specifications that has helped me learned everything there is to know about her.I spent thousands of dollars and a lot of man hours making her my dream boat, now you can finish her to be yours, there are too many great features and upgrades done to her to list here, so instead I am listing what in my opinion are the most "important" things left to do;Needs twoengines, it had Mercs 305s that I removed to repower I never got to it,but she isready for engines everything is in placewithborg warner transmissions, bell housings, flywheels, wire harness, I even cleaned the engine bay and painted it with bilgekoat. (NOTE: I NO LONGER HAVE THE ENGINES).I have an old survey from 2000 most of the items listed on the survey still with the boat, I updated the ones that have been changed or modified. • Galleyis fully operational with fridge, microwave, upgraded princess stove with oven, custom pantry and more.
• Headit hasa hot water heater, shower bilge box,nice tiling, electric toilet with an onboard waste treatment LECTRA/SANthat is not currentlyworking.
• Roof/Top Mount A/Cis working and always on, but drain pan is rusted out.
• Storagelots of storage and custom drawers, built ins ,and 4 closets.
• ElectronicsTouch Screen Radio with DVD and Back Up Camera, VHF Radio, Garmin, Upgrade Bilge Pump Switch Panel with Fuse and Alarm, 32" TV.

Some Extra Items Included that needs to be installed:

• Stainless Steel Wheel for Upper Deck.
• Railings/Stairs for Upper Deck.
• Fiberglass Swim Platform with Mounting Brackets.
