Holiday Mansion Barracuda

A 1985 Holiday Mansion Barracuda in overall great shape and a good deal for a live-on. It has been kept and is housed under a covered slip in Sanford, FL since we have owned her.Features: Has roof air condition/heater, a mini split wall unit air condition/heater in galley. Electroscan head system w/electric toilets both in main and lower state room heads. A large flat screen TV entertainment center w/ 12-volt multi directional outside antenna, stereo CD/USB player with speakers in salon and outside upper deck. A stove/oven, microwave, regular size refrigerator/ freezer, and a water heater in galley. All inside lighting has been replaced with LED light fixtures. Also has a central recycle air unit that circulates inside air of boat to outside to prevent mold. Galley has been remodeled and has a custom bar, booth type table/seating w/tinted window, accent lighting.. A complete new shower/tub unit has been installed in main state room head. Below deck state room has refurbished flooring and bed foundations. Upper deck has a patio table w/chairs, a complete coverage Bimini top for upper deck and upper helm (great shape). Boat comes with snap on hurricane window covers.Mechanically the 2-cylinder Onan 6.5 KW generator starts up right away and runs great, supporting all electric appliances on board. Port side 350 cu inch Crusader motor starts up right away and runs great, the same make Starboard motor does not work.This Houseboat, "Our Anchor", we dreamed of retiring on and it has received TLC from us.
