Yes The Holiday Mansion's 37-foot Barracuda is the perfect size for a family vacation, a booze cruise with friends or fully contained to live in. Sleeps six with three full size beds inside. The benches outside combine for more sleeping room under the stars. Powered by twin Volvo Pentas that are barely used. With 100 gallons of fuel capacity, you can cruise on thru those long weekends without refueling.This boat offers a lot of Great Space inside and out! The Large Front Deck is easy to access and the Amount of Space on the Top Deck for Entertaining is impressive for a 37 foot boat. Holiday Mansion Certainly shows its a quality boat with its construction, the top deck, side walls all the way to the rub rail is a single molded piece, very unique build quality for a House Boat. The Walk Arounds, Bow and Stern all have Molded Mini Gunwales that the rails mount to (Making it a Coastal Package). The Steps to the Aft Deck and Fly Bridge are noteworthy items and the Fiberglass Swim Platform with Ladder is a nice option. Walk inside and the Salon Area is Very Open with natural light and beautiful hard wood flooring. There is an electric fireplace for cold nights. Furnishings will be going with the boat along with all the essential boating equipment (Mooring Lines, Fenders, Shore Cord, Life Jackets)There is a shore power outlet for dockside and a two batteries that can power everything.There's a large aft deck that leads thru a sliding door to the salon area with a whiskey barrel table in the galley.The galley area has a two-burner stove, a small oven, a sink in the corner, a mini-refrigerator.The galley leads to the Captains Quarters and Wheel House with a full-size bed with storage drawers. A stairway on the port side leads to the down below, which hosts a bedroom with 2 full-size beds, several storage berths, and a head (bathroom) with a shower and small tub.The upper decks have two storage benches and room to sunbathe or lounge. The benches can be hooked together to form a full size bed for sleeping outdoors.The boat is currently in the water at the Great Salt Lake Marina in Utah. I am purchasing a new home and sad to sell. The boat can stay in it's present slip, but the buyer will need to contact the Harbor Master at the Great Salt Lake Marina for rental. Boat is sold as is, with no warranty or guarantee. There is no trailer. Both engines have been thoroughly gone through and run great. At least one of the gas tanks is not functioning correctly and needs repaired/replaced. A shipping and logistics company can ship this anywhere. $7,000 or best offer.
