40 foot overall, 1.5 bath, downstairs has 2 full size beds. Boat is in good condition. Perfect for live aboard. twin 454 engines need service but run good. I am moving and need to sell fast. Both engines need ignition coils starters and fuel pumps. Have a new ceramic toilet with mascerator and tankless 110 water heater just havent had time to do it. All of that is under a 1000 to fix. When boat is in excellent shape it is worth about 22000.
