Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht

This yacht is a 70'3" 1981 Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht. It has 4 staterooms and 4 heads with all new soft goods in 2010 by a leading designer in Florida. The all new Galley and Salon was redone in 2013. The highly burled maple woods used were custom selected for this project. The maple and teak floor with the compass rose were made for this yacht on location. The Galley has all new stainless appliances and the salon has custom made couches with a custom made dining table.The 12V71 TI's are in excellent condition. The 25 KW Westerbeke generator was new in 2006 with 820 hrs. and the Kilo-Pak is a 23 KW with 4200 hrs. on it. Of the 7 A/C units on the boat, 5 were replaced last year.
