1985 hatteras 72 ft cockpit motor yacht. fuel tanks added to aft 500 gal spiral stsir case a freezer,and a sink transom door ,large salon w area for tv sofs and love seat a cab a little bar area and othe csb, going forward galley is open to the salon,w top of the line appliances,ice maker,dw, sub zero,some work done to forward areas but need completion,aft state room cab installed but got wet in irma was clesned and dryed, will need some ajusting to fit properly,same w the vip st rm,engine on port is pickled soon after boat took on some water ,boat listed to port during low tide befor it floated it took on water star engine only got up to starter.. boat is located in florida northeast coast, Would b happy to discuss any trades or offers or both. this is a on going project w lots of potential can assst in relocation to dry dock in area there was minor damage to exterior during irma spray rail and rub rail would make a great liveboard w chartering as an income this model is very spacious and desirable
