  vessel for over 20 years and has maintained it well.

  Captain Maintained for over two decades.

• Vessel has been

  up to New England and back.

• Bottom Job was

  completed in 2020. Diver maintains bottom. The paint looks clean from the

  dock.

• The Detroit 8V-53s

  and generator were started @ the dock and ran well.

Donation Centers Note to Bidders

The cabin is large for a 38-footer. It is equipped with actual 3 staterooms and two heads. The carpet could benefit from a good cleaning as well as the entire cabin. It still has some items on board the vessel that could be cleaned up.

The Master aft stateroom has a Queen size center bed with wood cabinetry on the perimeter of the cabin. There is a cabinet on the strb side that will need to be repaired and put back together. There was a leak and the wood was taken apart. Leak is reported to be fixed.

During the walk through, the vessels helm was in ok condition but the electronics are reported to no be operational.

There was a small soft spot on the forward port bow deck area that will need to be repaired in the near future.
