This is a nice, 24' Grumman pontoon boat. This boat is a turn key ready and perfect for family fun, with plenty of room to move around and plenty of power to pool some children on the tube.

Seatsare professionallyreupholstered, captains chair has a new base.

Pontoons are freshly painted with Sea Hawk Mission Bay Bottom Paint (paid almost $200 per gallon)

And on3/4 arefilled with AeroMarine Polyurethane Flotation Foam density #2(I have receipts for almost $700, filled professionally), so you can feel safe even if you hit the rock. One has a dent that you can see on the pictures.

The boat is poweredby 199575 horsepower Suzuki model #07501-581124,2 stroke, oil injectionoutboard motor, which idles and runs great, also has fresh paint and new decals,has a stainless steel propeller, so the motor looks like brand new. The motor was always run on free ethanol gas with addition of stabilizer. Gas tank is 24 gallons.

All gauges are working at the console. Navigation lights are working.

Wood deck is rock solid and underside looks great, has three new aluminum corners.

Fencing has some normal wear and is the only thing that's giving up the year of the boat, please see pictures.

Carpet is in good condition.

Bimini top looks great with no tears or other defects.

Brand new silver table to match all the aluminum.

Included is a 2010tandem axle, galvanized (so you don't have to worry about rust)Magic Tilt Trailer, whichhas only about 900 miles on it, the tires still look like new, you can see that on the pictures. So it is ready to go even across the country. It has two steps in the front for easy access to the boat.

I have Florida clear title for the boat and transfer registration/bill of salefor the trailer.
