I have about 5 of these new house boats in stock. All of them are a little bit different. This one we are selling is a 32 ft with a 60 hp four stroke mercury and the trailer. The inside is finished off. We have private labeled this house boat under our Grand Island name. This 32 ft house boat has 2 tubes. This is the only one I have like it. We are located in Grand Rapids Minnesota. We will not deliver this so you will have to come to Minnesota to get it or hire a service. We are price firm on the price.
