Grand Island 32

This is a new Grand Island 32 ft house boat we are listing below cost. Our pontoon boat supplier owed us some money, so he gave us a few of his new pontoon houseboats he manufactured to sell at his store. It was made to sell on Milacs Lake which is a big fresh water lake here in Minnesota. It is a new house boat and has never been used. It is being sold as it with no warranty. We do not have a reserve on this, so the highest bidder will get this. This auction doesn't come with a trailer but they are available. For this auction we will not deliver. You will have to line up your own delivery. This pontoon boat is 32 ft long with two pontoons and 8 ft wide. It is close to 12 ft tall sitting on the ground. I just did a walk around and it looks to be in perfect shape. It is real nice. Almost made me want to take it home. It come with a wash basin- 2 burners for cooking-interior lights-table-captains chair-steering cable and a closet which is where you would put a porta potty. We do not know much about house boats at T and M Marine so I have listed everything we know--- which is not much. :) It has lights for the night. It doesnt come with a built in gas tank.
