Classic Grand Banks

woody, purchased from the Grand Banks Dealer. It was owned by one of the

partners who passed away. It had a good survey. In the fall of 2015, I had a

2-season bottom paint done, new zincs and the prop anti-fouled.

The Lehman diesel was fully serviced including

all belts, fluids and filters. The gearbox oil was changed. The refrigeration

was recharged and a new heating element installed in the hot water tank.

I've suffered a stroke and can't do my own paint

or varnish anymore, this has left the boat in need of house paint (the hull is

fine) and rear deck varnish. (Rails have covers). The house has had the

woodwork done and is 75% sanded and prepped, but requires a coat of paint. This

is a great boat, but needs an owner that can take care of regular brightwork.This boat is advertised locally and this listing may be cancelled at any time.
