Fresh water pump for galley sink needs to be looked at along with shower grey water pump. A fewbulbs here and there need to be replaced.Cabin top and sidesneeds sanding andpainting and bright work to be done- the paint is chipping off on the cabin due to a bad shrink wrap job 2 winters ago (no vents). There is a small soft spot about the size of aquarter below head porthole that I havent addressed yet.refrigerator pump is newer but doesn't get really cold. The teak decks need some caulk replaced and some bungsreplaced. Engine kill cable needs to be replaced. Fly bridgesuper structure is solidbut theseats backs could use some new plywood. The boat is over 40 years oldbut can easily be brought back up to condition with a little work. I paid $23,000 for her 4 years ago and she looked really nice. My wife and I have a newbornbaby now and Iwont be able togive the boat the attention she deserves. So with a heavy heart she must go.
2 gallons of bottom paint comes with sale.
Pics are recent 2014-2015 only the cabin paint condition has changed.
This boat is a great completerestoration candidate and would be easily worth $35,000-50,000.
There may be some more condition issues that I am not aware.
