Glastron V-195

Selling Glastron 1976 V-196 non-running boat, without a trailer. Sold AS-IS. Bought this boat as a restoration project that never materialized. Boat has been sitting in my driveway on stands for the past year. Purchased boat year and a half ago, pulled trailer to have it repaired, but ended up scrapping. The boat last ran in 2019, but has since been sitting as starter was frozen. Engine has not been turned over or touched since the starter went out and, like the boat, has been exposed to the elements. The outdrive was pulled and stored a year ago and is included in this auction. For the last 18 months, the boat has been sitting in the driveway uncovered on the stands. The engine has had a garbage bag over the carb to keep the debris and rain out. Being exposed to the elements has caused the floor to have some softs spots and the upholstery is largely unusable. Engine and outdrive ran fine last time out, but it has been sitting since late early 2019. Hull has gauges scars and some bondo repairs, I attempted to capture most of them in the pics, but there are several across the hull. Also there is some black marks from the old rollers and keel guards on the old trailer that was scrapped. There is no engine cover over the boat, there was a makeshift fiberglass cover on it when we bought it, but flew off when we were pulling it. The boat will need to be hauled away at the buyer's expense and with the buyer's own equipment. I don't have a trailer of lift to get it off the stands. I have a clear title to the boat, registration expired in June 2021. This boat is sold AS-IS, not-running, with assumed best use of the boat is for a parts boat.
