Glastron SCIMITAR

We have decided to sell our 1980 Glastron Carlson Scimitar. We love this boat and will miss it , but it just does not get used enough and is taking up valuable storage space.

Hopefully, if you are looking at this ad you know how rare these boats are, especially in this condition, but if you are not familiar with these Scimitars, Google it.

We are not going to sell boat cheap. I have much $$ invested, and will not have a problem keeping it.

We purchased this boat a few years ago from a gentleman in Minnesota and had it shipped to California where it has been stored indoors and only used in Fresh Water.

Previous owner spent big $$ having this boat completely restored, including the original Aluminum trailer, and had the 260hp 350 cu in. V8 completely rebuilt. All new gauges all working perfectly.

We have replaced the battery, trailer tires, changed the oil, including outdrive, and installed new impeller.

This boat is not perfect, but it would be very difficult to find a nicer example. Maybe a boat fresh out of the restorers shop might be nicer but then you would be dealing with all the issues that occur on a freshly restored vehicle.

This boat is turn key, Lake ready. It never fails to get stares, comments, thumbs upetc whereever it goes. Gets many more looks than those $100K Wakeboard Boats.

We had it on the lake today 6-30-18 and it performed flawlessly .

Comes with ropes and custom dock bumpers. Also 1 extra T-Top with storage bag, as well as boat cover.
