Boat is in great shape, it is mechanically sound and ready for years of enjoyment. To state the obvious, it is a 12yo boat and has the usual wear and tear you'd expect. That said, it shows EXTREMELY well, the engine and outdrive have been serviced regularly and it runs like a champ!
