Here is beautiful 2005 Glastron 279 cruiser with only 328 hours and loaded with options. Glastron has been building boats since the 60's and they are good at it! They use very high quality hull designs and materials. This boat has been very well maintained and is in beautiful condition inside and out. The hull lines and colors are very sharp with gold and blue trim. It has never been bottom painted and a new full camper top with screens and shades, Marine Generator, and factory manuals are included.

Power

Its powered by a multi-port fuel injected 5.7 Volvo Penta engine with only 328 hours. The out drive is a very rugged Duo-prop with counter-rotating polished stainless steel propellers providing maximum traction in the water while eliminating steering torque making it track straight like a twin engine vessel. Both the engine and outdrive are in perfect running condition.

The Generator is a 5KW Kohler with only 46 hours. It runs perfectly and has been load tested.

Its also equipped with triple batteries with switches and battery charger.

Deck

The deck area is very comfortable and is with very nice features. The upholstery is in nice condition being soft with nice tight seams. A few cushions have some wear but show well. The bimini top and camper top are in excellent condition showing little use. At the helm are tilt steering and controls for the windlass power anchor and remote search light. The starboard seating converts into a sun pad cushion and there is also a port lounge seat, deck sink with pressure fresh water, transom shower, and telescoping swim ladder.

Cabin

The cabin is also in excellent condition with beautiful, rich colors, wood grain trim, and is equipped with air conditioning. It will sleep four adults with two in the v-berth and two in the aft cabin with its own screened sliding window. The galley consists of a sink with fresh pressure hot and cold water, corean top, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The head consists of a Jabsco head unit, sink with hot and cold pressure fresh water, shower, and a macerator for offshore water evacuation.

Hull

The hull is in excellent condition with elegant lines and a beautiful clear luster. This boat has never been bottom painted. The underside is nice and clean reducing drag and improving fuel economy over painted hulls.

Transport

The trailer in the photos is an EZ-Loader aluminum tandem-axle. This is a good roadworthy trailer with oil bath wheel bearings and brand new tires. Since not all buyers require a trailer, it is for sale to the auction winner for my cost of $2950.00.

All buyers are also welcome to bring their own trailer and we load them free of charge.
