Our used boats:
Youre bidding on a used boat that will probably need work, but we are not sure to the extent as we are not boat mechanics and the description above is only an approximate glimpse of the details and if the boat sells for $2 you must assume there will be a lot of work needed so please only bid if you plan on fixing the boat.
Payment confirmation is due when the auction closes. We reserve the right to relist on classifieds board or sell to another person if the auction winner fails to meet any of the deadlines including full payment mailed to us via cashier's check or money order or Venmo within 24hrs of the auction end date. Once payment is made we will connect you with the boat owner to transfer the boat into your possession. Please note: We charge $399 for boat document processing and to transfer the boat, which covers the boat transfer process, including title and lien verification, payment invoicing and collection and boat transfer with the boat owner including a bill of sale; this charge will be added to the winning bid amount. This charge will also be refunded in full if you do not take possession of the boat and/or title due to the boat not being described accurately.
In some cases the boat owner will give away or sell the boat elsewhere or have an outstanding lien and we will have to refund your money in full if you were invoiced and paid. We have no control over this and will do our very best to prevent this from occurring.
