"As Is" with "No Warranty":Please be aware that all vehicles are sold "As Is" with absolutely no warranty. Buyers should understand that they are acquiring the vehicle in its current condition.

No Legal Recourse:Buyers acknowledge that there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover any defects in the vehicle after it has been picked up.

Ask Questions Before Bidding:To ensure you have a clear understanding of the vehicle's condition, we strongly recommend that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid, response provided within 24hours.

Payment and Pickup:Payment for vehicles must be made within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion. Furthermore, buyers are required to pick up the vehicle within 10 days after the auction's end, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to before the auction ends.

Shipping:Please note that we do not provide shipping services.

Payment Processing:Be aware that payment may take 24 to 48 hours to clear. After payment clears, buyer will receive pick up instructions. Buyers are required to schedule an appointment for vehicle pickup.

Pick Up/Shipping

Buyer's Responsibility: The Buyer is solely responsible
for the pickup of the purchased vehicle within 10 days following the close

of the auction.

Cancellation:

If the vehicle is not picked up within the specified 10-day period, the

Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction. In such a case, the

Buyer will receive a refund minus a $75 relist and restocking fee.
Scheduling Pick-Up: The Buyer must schedule
an appointment to pick up the vehicle. Access to the yard or the vehicle

will not be granted until the full payment has been received and cleared.
No Shipping: Please note that the
Seller does not provide shipping services. All transactions are based on

local pick-up only.
