Glastron

1978 Glastron Carlson CV23 with Small block chevy mercruiser and mercruiser outdrive. This is a so called Barn find.Last time registered for the water was 1986. It has been sitting inside a building for over 25 years. The boat is in Great condition. No soft spots anywhere. Gelcoat is nice. Interior is nice but photo's show it as it is with dust. This Glastron sits on a EZ load trailer with old school mag wheels. Tires are good. I checked allthe wheel bearing and serviced as needed. The lights work, has surge brakes. There is no battery in the boat. I temporary put one in it and put fuel to the carb pre oiled the engine and it runs. I have not taken it out and is being sold as is where is. I have a transport person who can tow it to you. ASK before you bid to get a price from him if you plan on not doing it yourself. It can stay in the building it is in now for amonth, but must be paid for in fullseven days after the sale ends. I have a low reserve on this so called ultra rare boat. It has old corvette valve covers on it. I was told the engine was a Rebuilt 350 out of a vette. I did pull a valve cover off and itlooks clean and I see the block is painted blue and has all new gaskets.Do a good service check out on it and put a battery in it and a little cleaning and be ready for the water. Sold as is with bill of sale.
