Glacier Bay 2270 Isle Runner

This boat was privately owned and donated to a ministry named Righteous Rides. The boat is located in Spring (Houston area), TX. When privately owned, it was most recently kept in the water in Clear Lake. The owner was transferred around the country several times and was transferred again, and basically got tired of towing it from home to home. It was last in the water a little over two years ago, but at that point everything worked. No guarantees on anything at this point. I have enclosed estimates from a local boat dealer describing their thoughts on what the boat needs to make it dependable. As noted, it needs some work but appears to be in overall decent condition. Obviously, if doing the work yourself, this list would help tremendously. If paying a shop to do the work you can clearly see their estimate. The previous owner said it contained top of the line electronics for 2003. The list of items he mentioned is chart plotter/depth finder/fish finder with a nice stereo. It has fresh water hookup on engines with extended top and zippered pouch, swim platform and we were told it's an extremely 'nice riding' boat. The boat has a Queen cuddy bed and a Porta potti. I put four new tires on the trailer to tow it across Houston but trailer needs brake work upon purchase. The boat comes with lots of standard equipment which is shown on the flyer. The boat has four titles and is titled in Missouri where the ministry headquarters is located. Four titles include two engine titles, a trailer title and a boat title so no problem transferring to the new owner.
