This 1998 Gibson 5500 Series House Boat is one of the finest examples of the Gibson Brand you will see in Cincinnati at this price point. We are the second owner of this nice vessel. We have all the books, documentation, copy of original title and all service records. This nice vessel comes equipped with Twin Crusaders engines with only 285 hours along with a Westebeke generator that only has 350 hours. A couple years ago Washington Marine pulled the boat and did a complete sanding, prepping and recoating of the bottom paint. The front bow was also totally replaced (new wood),fiber glassed then new gel coat. The entire boat from front to back was polished, restriped and looks like new. There are no soft spots, no leaks and has all new upholstery along with new interior furniture. It has 3 Ac units that keep the boat extremely nice on those hot summer days. This Gibson is equipped with an Upper and Lower Helm, Gazebo style seating upstairs, large seating area on the bow and stern of the boat. On the lower decking is very nice seating arrangement that was added for a relaxing and comfortable view of the river!!! The interior comes with all the amenities including a large entertaining area, full kitchen, two bathrooms (one has a full shower, bathtub, etc.), master suite, lower suite, washer & dryer and the list goes on. We can go on & on about this nice vessel. I regretfully have to sell this nice Gibson and have priced well under the market for a quick sale.
