Out drive is totally rebuilt, engine runs good, new distributor, plug wires, etc, new impellor pump. This is a minor project boat, with great potential, new indoor outdoor heavy duty carpet. Pull out sleeper couch, Microwave, toaster over, electric 3 burner stove w/oven. It all works fine. New water pump. Needs a water heater for shower, has anew bilge pump. Bottom of boat is in great condition, but needs paint. Plumbing is in good condition. Boat is at Lake Point Marina onLake Eufaula,Alabama. Rear deck has been entirely rebuilt and new fiberglass coating restored by professionals. I rebuilt the front and rear hatch they could stand another coat of paint. soft spot in front of front hatch, could usea new wood brace, that's all. Shore power is fine.Kolier 6.5 generator runs great but needs a diode. The factory aircon, needs a charge, but it runs the fan and the heater in it works, plus there is another factory heater that works good. Engine runs fine just needs some adjustment to be perfect.I've done a ton of work and spent a lot of money fixing it up to live on, but things have changed in my life, as it sometimes does, so need to sell it and move on. If I don't sell it on this listing I will repair all that is wrong with it and relist it at a much higher price. This is an opportunity to buy a great boat at a very low price
