Out drive is totally rebuilt, engine runs good, new distributor, plug wires, etc, new impellor pump. new indoor outdoor heavy duty carpet. Pull out sleeper couch, Microwave, toaster over, electric 3 burner stove w/oven. New water pump. Needs a water heater, has a new bilge pump. Bottom of boat is in great condition, but needs paint. Plumbing is copper for the most part and in good condition. Toilet needs to be fixed, I bought a used Electrosan that I was going to install, but have not done it yet. Boat is at Lake Point Marina on Lake Eufaula, Alabama. That's about 40 miles from Phenix City Alabama. Boat is also 4 sale at the dock, so I may end this at any time, should I get an offer here. Bottom of boat is in great condition, but needs paint, didn't have time when I had her out replacing the outdrive. Plumbing is copper for the most part and in good condition. Rent is 225/mon +elec. Live aboard is cool also. I've painted the roofs with a quality reflective rubber roof coating (white). The decks were resurfaced with a special decking paint for long wear. Rear deck has been entirely rebuilt and new fiberglass coating restored by professionals. I rebuilt the front and rear hatch they could stand another coat of paint. soft spot in front of front hatch, could usea new wood brace, that's all. 12 volt wiring should be redone, shore power is fine.Kolier 6.5 generator runs great but needs a diode, was working fine but my mechanic friend shorted it out while adjusting something in it. The factory aircon, doesn't work, but it runs the fan and the heater in it works, plus there is another factory heater that works good. I don't think the air is in bad shape as I was told it was working fine the year I bought it but stopped just before they sold it to me. It has an electric transmission shifter and at the time of this writing only goes into reverse, I've been told by previous owner that it will need a selinode switch which I have bought and is ready to install. Engine runs fine just needs some adjustment to be perfect.I've done a ton of work and spent a lot of money fixing it up to live on, but things have changed in my life, as it sometimes does, so need to sell it and move on.
