This is for the boat and the 80' covered slip.The 80' covered slip comes with improvements that include:

Granite bar and counter tops, storage closet, refrigerator, prapnae grill, patio furniture, propane fire pit, rope lighting throughout the slip, cabinet storage, deck box, 110 volt GFI outlets. The dock is set for family or entertainment.

The boat is a 2002 Gibson 47' Classic, that has been kept under the slip out the sun and weather its entire life, and professionally cleaned and waxed once a year. Engine maintenance has been kept up as well, winterized every year. The boat has the the following:

Marine Air Conditioning which works great. If you set the thermostat to 66* it will stay there! Two big block Chevy engines EFI that have been kept tuned up and run great so does the generator. 3 TV's one in each room. New refrigerator, fold out couch in the front room, bilge heater, queen bed in master, two twin beds below, two bathrooms, new water pump and pressure tank, stereo system, and train horns. The boat is ready to go. I can provide a Professional Marine Survey to serious buyers.
