Used houseboat, recently remodeled, some mechanical issues. Houseboat interior is in good condition after remodeling completed 4 years ago. Exterior decks show wear and damage, especially at edges, associated with a 42 year old boat. Fiberglass hull is sound and watertight. Dana outdrive was rebuilt about 7 years ago and has less than 50 hrs of use on it. Chrysler 280 marine inboard engine was running well 2 years ago but has not been started for 2 years and currently will not start. It will need mechanical attention. Original Onan generator remains on the boat but was not functioning when we acquired it and remains non-functioning.

1972 Gibson Houseboat for sale with no reserve, 12 ft wide by 36 ft long on a fiberglass "V" hull. Major inside remodel completed 4 years ago. New hot water heater, stand up shower, and Raritan Electro Scan toilet system. Hardwood flooring, new kitchen cabinets, granite tile counters, hot plate, microwave, fridge, and window air conditioner. Bathroom window and sliding doors need work. Dana outdrive was rebuilt about 7 years ago and has less than 50 hrs of use on it. Chrysler 280 engine has been running but has not been started for the last 2 years and currently will not start. It will need mechanical attention. Old Onan generator is not functioning. Some personal items shown in pictures have been removed. To be sold AS IS.
