1981 Gibson 36' Houseboat.Needs fiberglass work on hull and decks. and interior repair from aft roof deck leaks.Single 305 Chevy v8, freshly rebuilt outdrive and new shift cable ($2,100 with receipts) the boat was in the water all of 2019, but wasn't put in this year. engine is winterized and carb is off. This boat is not water ready, needs fiberglass repair to the hull in 2 spots.No generator, doesn't look like it ever had one. but does have a 30amp shore cord for power. Would be a great liveaboard project for someone.
