We bought this last June and enjoyed right till winter. Decided we wanted a bigger boat and bought a 50, so this one has to go.Previous owner lived aboard for a couple years and we have been catching up on the minor maintenance items since purchase.Motors run great and have less than 800 hours and are original to boat.Has a couple soft spots towards rear, which is usual for Gibsons and should be addressed.Back bedroom walls below windows need addressed at same time as they are in same area as deck soft spots and related. Depending on how soon we sell, we will be continuing to work on these issues, as new boat will be at same Marina.Boat is at Harbour Towne Yaucht Club and comes with a deeded slip. If you dont want slip, we are willing to sell separate.You pay $245 a month dues, cheapest on the river, and get full use of clubhouse and family pool.Look at the pictures, ask questions, make an offer.Its not a fixer upper, but its not perfect either, somewhere in between and priced accordingly.Furnishings can stay or go, up to you.Upper helm needs put back together as well, previous owner started and I have not finished as of yet. As previously stated, previous owner used it as a home and didnt focus on the boat related issues. Most have been addresssed and boat is completely usable as is.Has smaller full size fridge, 2 ice cold ac units and two 30amp shore power hook ups.Comes with microwave and electric stove and oven.1 tv in living area included as well as hd antennae.Hull bottom painted approx 4 years ago.
