Galaxy Magna

Up for auction is my 1989 Galaxy Magna Walk Around Cuddy with Mercruiser V6 Alpha 1, the hull of these boats was designed by the same hull designer as the Boston Whaler, very stable both under power and anchored in a rolling sea. Most of it's life was in fresh water except the 1 season I had it in salt, which consisted of 5 days fishing in Long Island sound. The whole boat has been gone thru, the floor was a little soft around the engine cover, so I removed the 75% of the floor in cockpit area and had the stringers and floor replaced by a professional, all in marine wood and fiberglassed. Fresh ablative paint installe last season. The engine was replaced with a fresh rebuilt Mercruiser V6, when I say rebuilt, I mean a good rebuild, all fresh pistons, rods, rings, bearings etc, not just a valve job, but done right, new oil pump, both water pumps, every hose replaced, brand new exhaust manifolds and risers, drive was removed , new water pump, seals, boots, bellows everything replaced. Lowrance LXC- 28 C HD fish finder, gps, new Icom MC 304 VHS radio, new antenna, dual bilge pumps and switches, new dual batteries, live wells, plenty of storage, cuddy is mint, porta potty, rod holders, and nice trailer included with new front rollers. Thats the good, now the bad, where the floor was tied into the solid existing up front near seats , as small crack appeared after a few runs, so the guy who did the floor, sanded a small spot abt. 12' circle, and re glassed it, but never painted it so it needs the just have a small touch up there as far as paint, but the repair is done, its a bad, but not so bad. The boat is ready to go, needs nothing but the touch up on floor, i used it 5 times , maybe 5 hours each time. I have a baby coming, so gotta go, my loss is your gain, put a lot of money in this boat, it will maake someone a fine vessel.On Aug-04-14 at 03:57:32 PDT, seller added the following information:

Typo on the floor spot needing paint touch up, its not 12 feet but 8- 12 inches around. Also advertised locally and sold as is where is in Port Chester NY 10573.
