This has always been a fantastic boat and I enjoyed many nights out shrimping, and sunrises catching fish. Unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes and I just don't have the time anymore. She has sat up for 4 years, at least relatively protected from the elements under a carport or cover, but has not been run since it was flushed out and shut down. Needs some tlc but solid and well decked out. The cheap academy seats are falling apart but the pedestals are good. Had a major overhaul in 2010 which included replacing the wood transom with glass and composite, all new wiring, switches, gauges, and lighting, as well as a remanufactured alpha outdrive. Lots of storage behind teak doors with non corroding push catch spring latches and interior lighting.Amenities include:

• two galvanized outrigger posts with floodlights. one has a spreader and pulleys for hauling the net easily singlehandedly. floodlights plug into 12v sockets at the stern and can be switched on and off at the helm. They simply drop into the aluminum deck sockets and you are ready to go.

Galvanized double axle trailer is ready to go. New springs and hardware installed after her last run, has never been in the water. Tires are a bit worn but holding air. Bearings were greased and adjusted after it was parked, stainless bearing buddies all around. One of the side guide bunks has fallen off since it sat up but otherwise in good shapeLots of new parts to keep up maintenance. Oil changes and service was done twice a year when we were running.

The fuel tank was replaced in 2006 and the mercruiser tilt/trim pump is mounted to the inside of the transom keeping it dry and out of the way. Deck is good and solid but not self bailing, it does drain into the bilge. The aluminum prop is set to be a good combination of speed and power. Not the fastest to the fishing grounds (mid 30's) but will pull the 16' trawl at 4kts while keeping the rpms down and not lugging the engine or wasting fuel.In all honesty, all ive done in 4 years is keep it dry and put a light bulb in the engine box when it got cold. Everything was ok (i think the bow light was finicky) on our last trip except the leaky shift boot which the bilge pump took care of anyway. I am a little fearful that if i clean it up and put a battery in it ill keep it and it will continue sitting there not being used. Plenty of good life in the old boat. Stable and roomy fishing platform with a dry comfortable ride. Very easy way to get started shrimping, either with commercial interest or just for recreation. One person can comfortably set and haul the net from the helm station.Never titled, bill of sale and registration only.
