This boat is really incredible -- first off, it's pretty
much unsinkable with the manfacturer's foam-filled pontoons. It has a powerful
4-stroke 60 HP motor. The local marina was paid to run a report card on the
boat motor, which shows that the powerful 4-stroke Yahama has only 244 hours
and that it has no issues and runs perfectly. The boat is like new and the
motor has hardly been used. Also, one of the nice features of this motor is
that it's extremely quiet. In fact, you can hardly hear it when it's running.
Another great benefit is the original manufacture's Sunbrella Enclosure (approx. $3,000 value). It's in excellent condition. You can use the boat come rain or shine - all year long. If you're the adventuresome type you can go overnight camping in it, too. We actually ran our portable AC unit off of a Honda generator during the summer and kept ourselves cool at night during the hot summer months. It has full black out curtains, or you can open the curtains for a great screened in bug-free room for dining or entertaining. I also have a custom air mattress that coverts the j-couch into a huge bed that is available for a small additional cost. It was designed for this particular pontoon boat. The boat has a separate changing room as well. See pics. I also installed all new dual batteries in the rear and all new prewiring for 2 more batteries up front. That would allow you have up to four batteries to fish all day long with a trolling motor. Also installed is a battery isolator switch, so you can run on one or all of the batteries. This is all new this year.
This boat has been in fresh water 99% of the time and it shows.
I have also installed many new features over the last six months:
- New water separator- so if any water gets in the fuel tank the separator will filter out before getting into the motor.
- All new ethanol-free fuel lines.
New Stereo Speakers (radio volume doesnt seem to be working well)
Boat also has all new LED navigation lights and they draw hardly any juice. We've also added two new LED floodlights/headlights that make night driving really fun. They are really powerful and light up the night extremely well. Because they are also LED they don't draw very little power.
The price includes the trailer. Its in excellent condition. The trailer has brand new tires with less than 50 miles on them. New front stabilizer wheel, too, and new LED brake tail lights.

Key Features
Restyled fiberglass console provides a central command center.
Round table with pole and four built-in cup holders adds to entertainment.
G3 package boats come equipped with powerful quiet Yamaha outboards.
Construction & Components
Enlarged 23" x 25" U-shaped pontoon logs w/ Maxi-Float foam and smooth, straight sides have higher volume than 23" round logs for maximum flotation and superior ride.
All aluminum motor pod is bolted to pontoon cross-members with 12 point attachment and large diameter bolts for added strength and rigidity.
Marine grade pressure treated plywood deck has limited lifetime warranty for years of care-free family boating.
U-shaped logs provide a secure platform for extruded c-channel 16" on-center through-bolted construction. Round logs rely on "M" brackets with less contact with the log to secure the deck.
Through bolted floors to deck extrusions, .100 gauge nose cones, and heavy duty deck extrusions on 16" centers are just a few of the extra touches that make the Sun Catcher Pontoon line the Best Value on the Water.
Electrical
Breakers instead of fuses increase reliability and easy reset.
12 volt trolling motor receptacles makes adding high thrust, optional trolling motors easy and convenient.
NOTE: This is not a brand-new boat and it has cosmetic blemishes. There are a few minor dings and scratches in the panels. The carpeted front corner cabinets are showing some wear. The bimini top is in good shape, but its been patched and I believe its the original bimini top. That's it. The radio volume doesnt work well. Other than that -- it's in really good condition and its ready for many years of fun.
