The boat is in overall excellent condition for her age, with minimal wear and tear limited to a bit of sun tanning of the cockpit upholstery, the interior but for one minor cushion stain pristine.The boat lived in fresh water until the past two seasons, which were in the Long Island Sound, probably the reason that all the snap down carpet is in such excellent condition.She has been used regularly and runs flawlessly. Top care has been taken to prepare and maintain boat for saltwater lifestyle, mooring cover when not in use.Professionally maintained and winterized each season by local marina (Service records are available).
