Four Winns Liberator

I began restoring this 1988 FourWinns Liberator 261 with twin 460 Cobra engines four years ago. I'll spare you all the details but believe it or not I have now put six engines in this boat done by various mechanics. I was just informed the starboard engine has either a blown headgasket or a cracked block since water has gotten into the oil. Probably the guy who winterized it didn't get something done right. The port engine might be OK but it might need a cam shaft. Both engines were still being broke in from the last set of remanufactured engines. So I've got $40K invested but I'm throwing in the towel now. BOAT (bankruptcy on a trailer) .I spent $5000 on the exterior and another $5000 on the interior so those are good. I added guide rails to the triple axle trailer and surge brakes.Stainless steel four blade props. Hull was completely done over with new paint job that really pops.
