This boat may be an easy fix or require more extensive fix. The boat may be bought for parts as besides the issues it is in good shape for its age.

Boat ran well up to until the boat adapter plate developed a crack after winter storage. I replaced the adapter plate last year by pulling the motor and replacing the adapter with a used one off of classifieds board. The fix worked and the boat no longer leaked when running water through the engine using the hose adapter. However, now the engine seems to be seized and I cannot free it up. The boat was last started last year in June by a local boat mechanic who was able to get the boat to start and run but, didnt want to tackle the leaking adapter plate because he couldnt find a spare part. Also, the steering cable is broken but, I have a replacement cable that bought on classifieds board that is still in the box.

Other than that the last time the boat was in the water in 2013, the boat ran strong and reached a speed of around 35 MPH. The boat was also stored in either a garage or at a fairground covered storage facility. The boat also comes with a battery, bimini top, carpet, and removable deck cover option.

The motor is an OMC turbojet which is an adapted Johnson 115 hp, 4 cylinder, 2 cycle motor.

This will be a local pickup and the boat and trailer title will have to be transferred before boat is taken by the buyer. The fees for the transfer will be paid by the buyer. I have been as honest as I can be with this boat and it would be a good project by someone who has a hoist to pull the motor and has good mechanic skills. I also have the service manual for the boat which I will include with the sale.

Again this boat is for sale AS IS and there are no guarantees of any kind. There will also be no returns of any kind. The boat and trailer will only be a local pickup only in Greensburg, PA. The trailer has a bit of easily fixed surface rust along the bottom but, nothing that would affect the structural integrity. The trailer tires are original and hold air but, eventually will have to be replaced.
