The Volvo IPS Diesels perform fabulous! They show just 257 hours on their digital meters. They were recently run over 100 miles to Annapolis by the banks agent without a hint of an issue.. I, personally, would not hesitate to jump on this IPS Vista and run up and down the Eastern seaboard. The Kohler generator also powered up and functioned properly. It has only 180 hours showing on its digital! Cosmetically, the interior of this 378 Vista is gorgeous. The upholstery and wood work all looks fabulous. In fact, the cabin even still smells like new to me. The exterior of this Four Winns is free of major scratches or blemishes; however, she will need a full detailing, including a strong buff on the gelcoat followed by wax. (The black gelcoat has the snow/ salt effect on it currently.) Afterward, the exterior gelcoat will have exhibit a tremendous shine. (I did a test spot to confirm.) The upholstery all looks to be in great condition and but does need a cleaning. (Vinyl is soft and free of tears.) The engine room is clean, however, I suggest doing the paint touchups on the Volvos. (Volvo sells factory paint for this specific purpose.) Mechanically and operationally, I am unaware of anything that needs immediate attention; however, I always recommend a full engine servicing so that the new owner can start fresh. I did notice where the lock for the cabin is in need of replacement. This is likely due to the nature of the repossession. I am confident there will also be some other relatively minor items to address, as with any boat retail or wholesale but I do not imagine those would have a significant impact on this Vistas overall value. I searched the MLS for all 2006-2008 IPS powered 378 Vistas. The average price is $168,800. With the upgrades that this one has, along with its condition, I would put it well above average.     2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred to vessels. All shipping arrangements are provided by Aqueous Yachts as a courtesy.     3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vessel is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. Aqueous Yachts will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
    2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Rob at Aqueous Yachts by e-mail or phonephone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vessel or sell to any other qualified buyer.

The Volvo IPS Diesels perform fabulous! They show just 257 hours on their digital meters. They were recently run over 100 miles to Annapolis by the banks agent without a hint of an issue.. I, personally, would not hesitate to jump on this IPS Vista and run up and down the Eastern seaboard. The Kohler generator also powered up and functioned properly. It has only 180 hours showing on its digital! Cosmetically, the interior of this 378 Vista is gorgeous. The upholstery and wood work all looks fabulous. In fact, the cabin even still smells like new to me. The exterior of this Four Winns is free of major scratches or blemishes; however, she will need a full detailing, including a strong buff on the gelcoat followed by wax. (The black gelcoat has the snow/ salt effect on it currently.) Afterward, the exterior gelcoat will have exhibit a tremendous shine. (I did a test spot to confirm.) The upholstery all looks to be in great condition and but does need a cleaning. (Vinyl is soft and free of tears.) The engine room is clean, however, I suggest doing the paint touchups on the Volvos. (Volvo sells factory paint for this specific purpose.) Mechanically and operationally, I am unaware of anything that needs immediate attention; however, I always recommend a full engine servicing so that the new owner can start fresh. I did notice where the lock for the cabin is in need of replacement. This is likely due to the nature of the repossession. 8. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vessel will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vessel to be titled and registered.
9. Title Information: Vessel titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vessel off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all vessel for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Aqueous Yachts will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
    2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred to vessels. All shipping arrangements are provided by Aqueous Yachts as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vessels will be between you and the shipper, not with Aqueous Yachts.
    3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vessel is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. Aqueous Yachts will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
    2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Rob at Aqueous Yachts by e-mail or phonephone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vessel or sell to any other qualified buyer.
    3. In order to secure bid on vessel, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by paypal, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
    4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vessel is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
