Pre-Season Price!! 1999 Fountain 47 Lightning: The triple "500 HP"Mercury engines, water plumbing, etc were refreshed in late2014 at about 400 hours by Teague Marine Performance in Valencia, California.About 200 hours have been put on engines since refresh.These enginesstart quicker thanmostfuel injected enginesI've seen.They all sound very tight, idle great and perform as expected. No oil consumption or leaks. Hadcompression of the 3 engines tested about 100 hours ago, all checked out well within spec.All belts and hoses are fresh. Bravo drives with 5blade propellers. Power steering.Battery maintenance charging system onboard.Everythinglooks and works as it should.

There is hardlyany wear or fade on upholstery which was recovered in original "Fountain Lightning Bolt" theme in 2013 and is in very nice condition. Some minor items can be replaced, like some cabinet locks andlight switch face plate inside the cabin.There are plenty of cabinets andclosets in the cabin.New Rockford Fosgate Bluetooth stereo system was installed last year and sounds great and has remote control also in cockpit. UHF radio at the helm. Power engine hatches. Gaffrig gauges, all work well (most of them are original; the three tachometers and water temperature gauges are newer thus make the others look a little duller in contrast. Outdrive trim control on dashAND on the throttle controls. Full head, galley with sink, refrigerator. Drop down hydraulic bolster seats. V-Berth and entire cabin have mood lighting.Three fairly new matching batteries. Custom made cockpit cover.Thru-the-hull exhaust has very nice deep throaty note and sounds like three hot-rods! Aggressively stepped hull for less resistance at speed. Boat weighs approx. 15,300 lbs. with 47' length and 8.5" beam (width).

2013Manning steeltri-axle goose-neck trailer with GVWR of 21,000 lbs. Alloy trailer wheels.Fairly new tires.Has outdrive guard so no one will smack into youroutdrives/propellers. All three axles have new bearings, brakes, hubs, every single brake line was replaced in 2018. I take the boat to Lake Guntersville often during the season, which is over two hours from home, so I'm all about preventive maintenance and I make sure the trailer is also very well maintained so it gets me there and back without incident.Trailer is in very nice condition overall.

It can be negotiated whereby I can personallydeliver the boat to the buyer within a "reasonable" distance from Birmingham, Alabama.

This boat was purchased new by Dennis Rodman of NBA fame and wasnamed Sexual Chocolate at that time. It was originally white before the current "wrap" was put on. The price I am asking does not reflect its pedigree; you can consider the history of this boat as just a bonus!! I am selling the boat along with my other Fountain 47 SC, two exotic cars andseveral motorcycles because I've piled on so many toys, they don't get enough use. I also have a 1999 Baja 24' H2X that is the longest length sport boat allowed in Lake Tuscaloosa, so I will be keeping that one. So you can be confident there is nothing wrong withthis boat, I just have too much "stuff." I also have a 2015 Ram 3500 Tradesman dually diesel crew cab 4WD with 17,000 miles that I pull the boat with. It will also be available as I will no longer need a truck that heavy duty.
