Reason for Sale: Fun Time is becoming scarce and another hobby will be consuming much more of my time for the summer of 2016. Rather than have the boat sit around and me wish I were on it I am offering it for sale to someone who will have the time to enjoy it.

The Boat: 1984 Formula F3-LS 22ft Cuddy Cabin. Single engine 260HP Mercury inboard/outboard. Stainless steel prop. 1400 hours. Original everything to the best of my knowledge. Does not have through hull exhaust which is great for the person looking to have a bigger boat in a smaller and more restricted body of water. No noise complaints. Considered a Deep V-Hull design by Formula the creators of the Deep V. A great boat that will do just about anything you want. Small lake lounging and tubing, large lake cruising on rough days, river adventures all the way out to the ocean this boat can do it all and do it all with style and class.

The Trailer: 2000 Aluminum Load Master float on trailer. Dual axle, Single axle hydraulic brakes. 4 tires in great shape. 1 full sized spare tire. Great shape. Everything works as it should.

The Boat Cuddy Cabin: In great shape. 2 sofas. Padded ceiling. Matching throw pillows. Ceiling lighting, Large fresh air ceiling hatch. Minimal wear. Floor is solid. No water stains or smells. Portable toilet.

The Boat Deck: 8 person capacity total. Driver and passenger bucket seats. Padded sun lounge. Non slip fiberglass floor. Full wrap around glass windshield. Stainless steel grab rails.

The Boat Exterior: Blue and white in color. No fiberglass repair of any kind on the hull or body of the boat. Bottom is in great shape with usual scuffs and scrapes from sand bar docking or trailer loading. Does have a teak swim platform. Does have a snap mooring cover .The blue color of the boat is clean. It does have some scrapes from docking over the years but is over all in great shape. The black pinstripe that separates the blue from the white is showing its age. The clear coat that is over the pinstripe material itself is dry and is starting to shrink and show signs of normal wear for the age. Easily removed and replaced with a heat gun and some time. The rear formula decals are still bright and lively. They stand out and let everyone that passes or that you pass by know the boat is a FORMULA.

The Boat Mechanics and Structure: The boat is mechanically and structurally sound. The motor fires right up and runs without a hiccup. The structure of the boat, its floor, and its outer fiberglass is all in great shape with no major blemishes or repairs. The Cuddy floor is solid. The driveline all operates as it should with no known issues.

The Boat Electrical: 2 new batteries. Battery disconnect switch. Ability to run off of one battery while docked or at the sand bar then switch over to the second battery to fire the boat if you drained the first battery. Switch both batteries on to recharge during the trip home. Upgraded radio with CD Player and AUX. Aux cord has been run to the drivers gauge area. Garmin GPS with water maps loaded sitting in a cradle to the left of the steering wheel.

The Boat Extras: Numerous like new life jackets. Anchors, Dock bumpers, Dock line, Tubing rope.

Known Issues or Blemishes. 1. Captn side exhaust manifold has a small weap hole in the casting. It is minor but is a defect and at some point will need to be replaced. Inexpensive item that can be changed out with basic hand tools. 2. The two bucket seat do show some signs of wear through on the upper shoulder bolsters from someone sitting on the arm. The remaining interior is clean. It shows signs of wear but is in great shape for its age. No dry cracking from the sun and minimal fading. The boat was always covered. The interior could use a good cleaning or detail. The winter cold came in quickly and I had the boat in the water until the last minute so I scrambled to winterize it. I wasnt overly cautious with my jumping in and out of the boat during the winterizing process. So there are some boot marks. A good through cleaning will bring it right back into shape. The exterior of the boat has some scratches and some minor blemishes. The boat is a 1984 and is original. It has not been dolled up for the sale it is what it is and I am making that known and being extremely detailed and honest so that the buyer does not have any surprises upon arrival. A good wash and wax would bring it right back to life. 3.The pinstripe that separates the two colors could be replaced as it does show signs of wear. 4. The throttle lever is missing the plastic cover. 5. The windshield is in great shape with no cracks or chips from towing. Some of the weather stripping is getting a little lazy and could be cut where it is starting to droop down. Not ever an issue while driving under notice it when washing the boat some water spots get to the other side of the glass. Minor details but again something I want to mention. All in all the boat is in great shape for the year. Its mechanically and structurally sound and still turns heads as it cruises through the water or gets towed to the lake.

Terms of Payment & Shipping Details: Cash, Check, Bank Check, Credit Card. Its all green at the end. All funds must clear before boat leaves my possession. Yes this includes bank checks and credit card transactions. I will accept credit card and run it through my business. $500 nonrefundable deposit due within 24 hours of end of auction. If you have any payment circumstances that you would like considered please contact me before bidding. I will deliver the boat for $1.50 per loaded mile with a mileage cap of 1500 miles. Mileage will be determined by Google Maps. Mileage to be paid in full before I head your direction. Purchase to be paid in full within 72 hours unless otherwise discussed prior to end of auction. Any and all transfer of money will be legally documented with proper receipts for private party sale. Titles to both Boat and Trailer are in hand and will be issued with legal bill of sale at time of final payment.

I have listed this item for sale and taken the time to describe in detail the condition of this boat and trailer package. I have done this so that the buyer knows exactly what they are getting with no hidden surprises. With the world heading in a direction of internet buying the truth and reality of what things are seems to be getting thrown out the window. Far too many people listing items as mint condtion that truly are not. Or listing items hiding known issues hoping to sneak them buy the next trusting buyer.
