One Bravo III rebuilt 50 hours ago, 7.5KW Kohler generator (222 original hours),

full air, heat, 2 staterooms, full kitchen, dining table that lowers into added

sleeping, leather interior, carpet covers, factory installed vacuum cleaner

with hose. Full bathroom with vacu-flush head, shower, sink and vanity. Waste

storage tank with macerator. Titanium interior, 2 burner electric cooktop,

microwave, stainless steel sink, plenty of storage. Exterior has seating for

10, removable tables, rear seats that stow away for dive gear, fishing or added

sleeping area. Internal shore power hook-ups, storage for bumpers. External

shower system, swim platform, boarding ladder, ice maker, wet bar and mini

sink. Windless dash controls, windless, anchor spot lights, 250 foot anchor

chain, bow sun cushions, new VHF, new Garmin Chart plotter/fish finder/depth,

new batteries, battery relays and cables, new alternators and bilge pump. I owned the boat for 3 years and sold it 4 years ago. Then

re-purchased the boat 2 years ago. Boat has hadboth Bravo 3 drives removed, newgimbalbearings,joints, rubber seals and gaskets replaced. 2 new drivehydraulic cables also installed at same time. Lower hull buffed, top hull could use buffing but notsun damaged.Never had hulldamageor water damage.Boat is at privatemarina in its own slip in the heartof Miami Beach. New owner could sub lease the slip and have a primelocation in Miami Beach for only 600.00 per month. This is thelowestcost condo on the beach! Boat never sank, had anywater damageor any accidents. The boat is priced to sell as have a larger 50footboatand nolonger use the Formula.This boat is sold at value far below market value as owner does not havetime fornegotiations, free boat rides, special trades or costly brokerinspections. All motorsstart right up, generator starts and runs well. Drives well. Boat should have newisinglass and the front seats re-covered due to normal wear from theFlorida sun. The canvas is not torn orripped but does not have thewaterproofing that it had when was new. Boat has normal wear for a 2000 but with very low original hours and far above average interior this boat with a smallinvestment of time will be worth far greater value. This boat is also for sale locally and sold where is as is. The price is far below market so seller has right to close the auction early. Pleasedo not buy this boat ifyou can not makepayment or need a bank loan. Bank loans are really hard to get for older boats. I have had a buyer cancel the sale afterwaiting 1.5 weeks for them totravel and look over theboat. After a boat ride and 4 hours theydecided was not for them.
